Time: 5:30 to 8:30 pm (come and go event)
Location: 404 & Stouffville Rd – 1750 Stouffville Rd, Richmond Hill, ON

Individual Ticket: $5 (ages 2 and under free) + non-perishable food item.

Family Ticket: $20 + non-perishable food item.
This event is in support of the local Food Bank.

Your ticket includes all of the activities, parking, and food.

• Take a wagon ride across the fields
• Listen to live music in the barn
• Make kid-friendly crafts
• Enjoy warm drinks, chili, and Christmas treats
• See the live animals in the Nativity
• Warm yourself by the bonfire

Dress warmly as some activities will be outdoors. The live music and craft area will be indoors in a semi-heated building. The food is in a warm heated building.

We are in need of 100 Volunteers to help put on this large community event.  We need people the week of Dec 6-11, 2009 to help setup and decorate. On the evening of Friday December 11th, 2009 and afternoon of December 12 we need a large team to do the final setup.  During the event we also need almost 100 people to help the event run smoothly.  Finally we will need some people to clean-up after the event on Saturday night and others clean on Sunday or Monday.
