BEDLAM is a retreat for our Junior High Students at Joy Bible Camp.
The weekend consists of 4 “sessions” spread out over the three days, a wide variety of activities the youth can take part in, and solid opportunities of community and relationship building.
Each session includes ice-breaker games, worship, a message, and small group time.
This year’s theme for BEDLAM is “Who am I?” – looking to help students discover their identity in Jesus, and what it means for their loves.
This year’s speaker is Reuben Deodhar, former Youth Pastor at Rexdale Alliance Church. Reuben is a gifted communicator who loves Jesus and working with teens. He seeks to help students know God and follow Him intentionally.
We are so excited for this retreat, and thoroughly believe that God works powerfully through the BEDLAM sessions and activities!
We want to make sure that we do whatever we can to make it possible for your student to attend. If there is anything that is a barrier to your student attending, please email youth@summitcommunity.ca and we will do our best to help!
The cost is $160 / student. This cost covers transportation to and from the retreat, all meals, logging (bedding not included), BEDLAM sessions and materials, experienced staff, as well as all planning activities and electives.
