Summit Camps is looking for a high capacity Camper Crew Leaders who are passionate about providing fun, safe & engaging camp experiences that introduce children to Jesus & create opportunities for campers to grow in faith and confidence while developing leadership skills & Biblically based characteristics. Camper Crew Leaders set the tone of the camper experience & lead by example, ensuring their assigned campers receive excellent care, mentorship & encouragement as they attend the Summit Camps 2025 programs & activities. Camper Crew Leaders work with their co-leaders & assigned LITs to engage campers in activities, teach electives, and assist with leading or participating in camp wide games and special days.

L.I.T. Crew Leaders set the tone of the L.I.T. experience & lead by example, ensuring their assigned L.I.T.s receive excellent care, mentorship & encouragement as they grow and serve throughout the Summit Camps 2025 programs & activities. L.I.T. Crew Leaders will take a unique focus on managing, mentoring, and working alongside youth in the Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) program, while also leading them in supportuning the overall camp environment through a variety of tasks including camper programs and operations.
