As we get closer to our departure date – April 6th – we continue to meet weekly to pray, to plan and to seek the Lord’s direction for all He would do in and through us during our planning and our time in Cambodia. We are not only taking ourselves to Cambodia but are planning to take important supplies to support the children. Things like ‘gummy vitamins’, Word Search books (helps with the kids english), treats like M&M’s, peanut butter, & cereal. These things can be dropped off at the office or Sunday morning up until April 3rd.
Secondly, we would humbly ask if you would consider supporting this program financially. If you would like to donate there are two ways you can. First you can send a cheque payable to Summit Community Church. In the comment section indicate that it is for Cambodia Trip 2016. Be sure to include your mailing address so that you will receive a tax receipt for your donation. You can put the donation in the offering box Sunday mornings, or mailed to Summit Community Church, 1750 Stouffville Road, Richmond Hill, ON, L4E 0K3. Please do not put any specific team member’s name on the cheque.
The second option for giving is on-line through our web site: www.summitcommunity.ca/giving-opportunities/ – click ‘Donate Now’ at the bottom the page and make sure you designate the ‘Giving Type’ as Cambodia Trip 2016.
